The Fernández Pons project is a family project and was born from the union of four brothers who in 2006 set themselves a common goal: to produce premium organic wines
Their vines grow in the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park and their winery in Casas del Rey (Valencia) shows their love for well-cared-for projects, as they cultivate their vines without chemical treatments, harvesting by hand and selecting small bunches of grapes, and the subsequent intervention and technology are minimal
