Vineyards: From our own vineyards (Bodegaza and Las Cellas) over 25 years old with an average production of 2.5 kg per vine. Varieties: Blend of white varieties.
Gastronomy: Ideal for all types of seafood, paellas, fish with mild sauces, pasta, foie gras, etc.
Consumption and conservation:
- Consumption temperature between 8 and 10º C.
- Storage temperature between 10 and 15º C, avoiding sudden temperature changes.
