TASTING:
Colour: pale yellow with bright greenish hues.
Aroma: very high intensity, complex, with citrus aromas (lemon, orange peel), exotic fruits (grapefruit, passion fruit) and aromas of fresh grass such as boxwood. Clean and powerful, with the desired thiol character.
Mouth: smooth and pleasant entry, fruity explosion in the mid-mouth with a perfect balance between alcohol, acidity and structure. The finish is very long, elegant and persistent.


Serving temperature: 6ºC.
