Inés Rosales' Original Olive Oil Cake has been made since 1910 with the same original recipe. The formula was rescued by Inés Rosales Cabello from the family legacy. Like in the old days, they continue to be handmade, one by one, to obtain their unique light, crispy, and flaky texture. They are made with anise and sesame, or as our grandmother would say, fennel and sesame. Their flavor transports us to another time. Handmade, one by one, the making of our Olive Oil Cakes is done with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and selected natural ingredients, typical of the Mediterranean Diet. Each cake is unique and unrepeatable thanks to the delicate hands that shape it before toasting it in the oven.
