How to use:

Decoction (boil for 3-5 minutes) a tablespoon of herbal tea per 200 ml of water, rest, strain and serve. Take 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. Sweeten to taste. Avoid in case of heart or kidney failure, children under 12 years, hypertension, severe heart disease, during pregnancy and lactation. Consult your doctor in case of simultaneous use with diabetes treatment.

Ingredients:

Horsetail (Equisetum Arvensis), couch grass (Agropyron Repens P.b), arenaria (Spergularia Glabra L.) and bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi).
