Viticulture: Handpicked by hand. The fruit fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Finally, it received a 30-month aging in French oak barrels.

Making: Made with Tempranillo grapes from a selection of vineyards over 60 years old grown at Finca Torremilanos (Aranda de Duero). A wine that is only made in the best vintages, and that is the result of a triple selection: selection of the harvest, grape selection and barrel selection.
