The Sauvignon Blanc grape is the basis for this unique white wine partly fermented and aged in new American oak barrels.


Tasting Note:



Voluptuous and intense varietal aroma characteristic of the great Sauvignon, with a profusion of fruity and vegetal notes (certain tropical fruits, the perfume of the fig tree in summer, hints of mint...). Elegantly structured palate, with good acidity, fatty and with noble sap that evolves, with great style, towards a pleasantly acidulous finish.

Wine Pairing and Serving Temperature:


Ideal with crustaceans and shellfish, the best fish and some poultry. Well preserved it will improve over the next 3 - 5 years. Serve at 8-10ºC.
