This trio of panache beers, La Vicoise, offers Blanche, Blonde and Rousse, in microbrewery from Cantal. Converted to a brewer, Nicolas’s beers are balanced. The bitterness and alcohol are rather low as is traditional for this style of beer.
Independent craft brewery everything is handmade in the Cantal, right next to the famous Puy Mary, in the town of Vic-sur-cère. Maison Marie Severac made the choice to offer these local beers, La Vicoise, to match its raw milk cheeses, with a good taste of terroir and authenticity.

Belgian blond ale style beer, moderately strong golden, with a medium bitterness. A slightly earthy, grassy aroma. A lightly malty flavor and a dry finish.

Witbier style beers, wheat based, flavorful and smooth, elegant and refreshing, with a light coriander aroma. Moderate fruity aroma of orange peel. A faint hop aroma.

 

The Vicoise Rousse 4°

Irish red style amber colored beers, low alcohol, with medium bitterness. A slightly earthy, grassy aroma, malty flavor.
