Truffle croquettes

Previously thawed product. Homemade croquettes of black truffle and extra cream (50g each) made 100% artisanally, from start to finish, by Iñaki and Xabat, chefs trained at the Basque Culinary Center and founders of the Kroketxea project.

Starting with a selection of high-quality, locally-sourced raw materials, the result is a crunchy, creamy croquette with a good balance of all its ingredients.
