The lime and lemon yogurt we offer is made from the milk of Churra sheep, a native breed from Castilla and León. From our farm, La Dehesa de la Guadaña in Zamora, we collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk daily, ensuring a high-quality product rich in fats and proteins. Each yogurt is a perfect balance between the smoothness of sheep milk and the freshness of lime and lemon. This yogurt is pasteurized, and its coagulation process is lactic, giving it a creamy and pleasant texture. It is presented in a glass container within a cardboard box for preservation. We recommend refrigerating it at temperatures of 4-6°C and consuming it preferably within 15 days of production, opening within 3 days. Additionally, this yogurt is suitable for those with gluten intolerance, providing a healthy and delicious option for everyone.
