Our tuna is caught piece by piece, with hook, in high and deep-sea fishing grounds, it is frozen on board at a temperature of between -35º and -40º Celsius (-35º and -40º Fahrenheit) immediately after being caught immediately after being caught, thus maintaining all its freshness and organoleptic and nutritional properties. Once it arrives on land, it is elaborated in a totally artisanal way, without adding any additives or preservatives any kind of additive or preservative, but only olive oil and salt. El color del atún es muy oscuro comparado con el de otras marcas y no me siento cómoda . No es lo que esperaba y me gustaría poder cambiarlo por otro producto.

Muy rico, se nota que el atún es de gran calidad. La única pega es que no salen igual que la foto del envase, son migas, pero están riquísimas y muy jugosas.
