All this to offer you products of absolute quality. We follow a voluntary purchasing policy to always favor local products. The Cannery mainly sources from Brittany and expands to France and then neighboring countries when necessary. Thus, in 2020, more than 85% of our raw materials are French or European. We mainly work with fresh products, and more than 80% of our raw material are raw ingredients. We meticulously choose our oils, vegetables, seaweeds, and spices combined with our fish: first-rate ingredients, harvested in season, some with Organic, PDO, or PGI labels, to offer recipes with exceptional flavors.
