Ultreia Saint Jacques 2019 - 75 cl

Ultreia Saint Jacques is conceived as a tribute to life, a personal reminder from Raúl Pérez of the idea of keeping one's feet on the ground and, possibly, the wine with which he most identifies himself of all those he makes. It is fermented in barrels and with a long maceration , without temperature control. A fluid , rich red wine , to be bought by the pallet.

Mouth: Directo, con trago fluido, acidez afilada, vuelven las notas rojas y la mineralidad.

Nose: Austera, de fruta roja fresca y ácida, frambuesas y piruleta y apuntes lácticos (cheesecake)
