Uncastillo Vegetable Chorizo Pâté

Ingredients: Chickpeas, mineral water,12% extra virgin olive oil, SESAMO, sweet and sour paprika, garlic, salt and spices.It is a gluten-free pate, the base we use is a chickpea hummus with tahini made by us all very homemade, and with a spectacular La Vera paprika, freshly ground and with an exclusive blend of ñora, which is what gives us the aroma and flavor of chorizo.Made by Conservera de Uncastillo in Uncastillo, Zaragoza.
