Winemaking

Once the grapes are preselected, each variety ferments separately at 28°C in stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs. Subsequently, it macerates for 20 days.

Tasting notes

Intense cherry red with violet edges, aroma of ripe red and black fruits with toasted notes, coffee, and mineral hints. Well-integrated warm nose.
