Natural sheep yogurt made with themilk from our churra sheep. It is made from fresh sheep milk, lactic ferments, vanilla and 4% sugar.

The milk from this native breed from Castilla y León has amuch lower productionthan other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and afternoon milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is ofgreat qualitybecause it contains ahigher amount of fat and proteinin its composition, as well as beingricher in amino acids.
