Vermouth St. Petroni Red 1L is made following a meticulous selection of the best Albariño vintages from the Padrón Valley, an area blessed by a unique microclimate. The vinification on lees allows us to obtain a different character in terms of aromas and flavours as well as in the texture of the wine base, on which this excellent vermouth is made.
Finally, we only have to add the botanicals that grow on the roads and that give St. Petroni Red 1L Vermouth its fantastic aromas: wormwood, bay leaves, lemon grass, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage and lemon balm, sweet and bitter orange peel, lemon pulp and hibiscus flowers, camomile... A delight for the senses and for the palate!
