Mahogany, bright and clean.
Olfactory:
Citrus and white fruit notes assembled with hints of rosemary, gentian and sage, which intertwine perfectly with mineral and saline nuances, with hints of sea breeze, seaweed and plankton.
Taste:
Subtly acidic entry, with an appropriate sweetness in line with the bitterness, with predominant saline nuances. On this architecture citrus notes, gentian and slightly evocative nuances of seaweed appear, such as focus, codium or ulva, species widespread on the Atlantic coast. Very complex, with a very pleasant bitter finish and a persistent marine aftertaste.
