Vilano Reserva comes from a rigorous selection of bush vines, over 50 years old, located in Pedrosa de Duero. They are located at an altitude of 850 meters and on very poor soils, ideal for the vineyard.
With careful processing, it undergoes fermentation for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28º C and maceration for an additional 14 days.
In addition, it undergoes aging for 18 months in French and Hungarian oak and 18 months in bottle, rounding out.
This allows for the production of a full-bodied and wide-ranging red wine, with elegance and personality.
