Its composition starts with a base of juniper as the main botanical. The grape alcohol comes from the garnacha of the Terroir de Cariñena, which is distilled with a cold maceration. Subsequently, a redistillation is carried out to integrate it with the rest of the botanicals, including thyme, plum, fennel, apple, and black pepper, among others.
