The El Mesto project was founded in 1961 and became a benchmark for production and quality in Villamanrique, Ciudad Real province.

New investments are made, planting new crops, modernization of the original facilities and adaptation to new extraction methods, as well as the annexation of plots adjacent to the original structure and the subsequent sale of it to the current owners, who decided to create the only agro-industrial complex in Puertollano back in 2004, in the La Nava I industrial park, in Puertollano.
