AOVE Gourmet obtained from early harvesting and cold extraction to preserve all its organoleptic characteristics (less than 27º).
This oil comes from Arbequina variety olives harvested at the end of October. Once the harvesting process is completed, it is kept in stainless steel drums at the right temperature while it is decanted until it is bottled. From olive groves located in the area of Chauchina (Granada). EVOO unfiltered, natural decanting.
Tasting: Fruity green and with a medium intensity. In the mouth it is sweet on entry, has a light bitterness and a medium spiciness that appears with delay and remains. Memories of fruit and slightly herbaceous. Apple, banana and herbs with an almond and dried fruit finish
Suggestions: The Arbequina variety is fruity, with a smooth entry in the mouth. Ideal for breakfasts, raw food, fish and pastries.
