Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety, made in Artajo exclusively with organic mixed olives of the Arbequina variety from its own farm and harvested during the month of November, obtaining by this method a high quality EVOO.
For the elaboration of this extra virgin olive oil, 8 kg of selected olives have been used for each liter of oil, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with aromas with green touches with herbaceous tones and notes of red and sweet fruit, with an intense aroma of tomato branch.
