Sparkling cider made from the apples that Viuda de Angelón has in the town of Monga (Nava, Asturias)

Made from a selection of their best apples pressed in a pneumatic press. Its fermentation is controlled and a racking is done in the waning moon of March, to leave it clarified for its second fermentation. The second fermentation and aging take place in the same bottle that will reach the final consumer, which makes the bubbles are obtained in a natural and traditional way.

Alcohol 6%

It is recommended to serve at 7 or 8 degrees. Well chilled from appetizer to dessert, being ideal with fish and seafood, as well as with cheese
