Mark: Chase
The idea was born from a discussion with a master distiller after the success of English oak-smoked vodka. They wanted a different product, not a copy, since they are constantly experimenting. This time they succeeded, their marmalade vodka has been so popular that Williams Chase have made it part of their range, the difficulty in this case was to infuse the marmalade flavor into the vodka. To achieve this, a delicious and intense natural marmalade had to be macerated in the fantastically smooth potato vodka for 24 hours, and then the result distilled using a small copper pot still. The vapors have been passed through the aroma box, loaded with Seville orange peels that have provided color and essential orange oils. So not a single artificial coloring or flavoring has been used, the end result is a vodka with golden notes. Intense nose of natural orange, with acidic notes and a sweet and sour palate, tasty, leading to a smooth and long finish.
