Idun (ABV. 5.5%alc) is a cyser-style mead, a type of mead to which apple juice is added during fermentation, resulting in a hybrid style between cider and mead. Idun is a semi-sweet session mead that presents a good balance between sweetness and acidity, with a pleasant aroma of roasted, sweet, and fresh apple that invites you to have another sip.
Ingredients: Water, honey, apple concentrate, and yeast.
