VINEYARD We are facing one of our plots planted at a higher altitude, around 550 meters and also the most northern one. This, combined with the fact that it is a north-facing slope, allows us to ripen the Merlot grapes in a gentle way, avoiding sunburn and the usual dehydration problems. SOIL Cultivated on poor, well-structured, porous soils with vegetal cover.
