Wheat germ, a part of the grain that is a source of vitamin B2, is extracted from selected wheat. It is a product that can be consumed by the whole family, at all ages.
It contains a high percentage of proteins and carbohydrates and is an important source of linoleic acid (Omega-6). It also contains B vitamins, mainly B1, B2 and B6.
How to use:
It is recommended to take 30 g (2 tablespoons) in water, milk or fruit juice.
