Botijo blanco is named after the ancient earthenware vessel that cools water, adapted to the hot, dry climate of Spain and still used by winemakers to quench their thirst in the vineyard. It is a fresh and lively single varietal Garnacha blanca with savory, chalky sensations on the palate and a very varietal nose of white flowers. It is made under a limited production in a garage in Valdejalón (Zaragoza) by Fernando Mora MW, Francisco Latasa and Mario López
