Selection of whole, healthy and optimal condition clusters for their elaboration at controlled temperature for 8 days. The varieties have been fermented individually and then blended to achieve this wine. All clarification processes have been done naturally. The wine has been bottled during the first days of January. Pale yellow color with greenish tones, bright and crystal clear. On the nose, the aromas are slightly fresh and fruity. In the mouth, it is ample, fleshy, smooth, balanced and very fruity (apple, pear, etc.). We could say that it has a fairly long and clean aftertaste. Pairing: Ideal for raw, cooked and sautéed fish and seafood, fish mousse, soups, creams, smoked foods, and fresh cheeses.
