Delicious loins of authentic White Tuna. It is distinguished by its firm flesh and light colour. The hand-bottling of this canned product preserves all the characteristics of the special texture of this king of tuna: the Thunus Alalunga. It is a low-salt product so that its delicate flavour can be fully appreciated. The traditional method of preparation allows the loins to be separated into slices, forming a thin fan, as if it were a ventreska. This form of presentation has set us apart for more than 25 years.
