White Vermouth made in the heart of Jerez by the Fernando de Castilla winery with Palomino and Moscatel grapes. Infused with a blend of different botanicals including wormwood, lemon and orange peel, clove, and others. We are faced with a pale, clean, and bright vermouth with a fruity aroma, highlighting the aromas of Moscatel grape and spices. On the palate, it is semi-sweet, intense, and long, maintaining a finish of wormwood, clove, and thyme. It is ideal to accompany with olives, cockles, almonds... and to prepare cocktails.Place of production: Jerez.Aging: 4 years in barrels.Type of aging: Grapes pressed and fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak barrels for a long period.
