Fruity Ayosa Mists White Wine
This is a semi-sweet white Canary wine made on the island of Tenerife, belonging to the Valle de Guimar Designation of Origin, where the Listan Blanco and Moscatel de Alejandria grapes come from. After arriving at the winery and destemming, they are cold macerated for the necessary time to extract the aromas from their skin, which are the ones that prevail in the wine, making it very aromatic and pleasant.
The obtained must is clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature. When a proper balance between acidity and unfermented sugar is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling the must-wine to -2ºC, leaving the wine with 12.5 degrees of alcohol and a typical sweet touch of some Canary sweet wines that make them so enjoyable and easy to drink.
