White xarel-lo wine from one of our most special vineyards: El Fanio. It is aged in acacia barrels and cement eggs. A wine that breathes the environment of the mountain, thyme, rosemary and pine resin that surrounds it. A compendium of roots among stones that are transmitted in the maximum expression of this unique terroir. The creaminess and elegance of this Xarel-lo is surprising, with a marked floral character and tones of fresh fruit, orange blossom and fennel. The palate is unctuous, with fresh acidity, quince-like pickles and a finish with a touch of race characteristic of xarel-lo. Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
