Atlantic climate with continental influence. Aged on lees for 5 months in steel tanks. A small proportion ferments in French oak barrels.

Godello: Native white variety of greater representation in the Ribeira Sacra. Very complete, with a good balance between acidity and sweetness, resulting in lively, pleasant and well-structured wines, with moderate aromatic intensity.

We recommend serving at around 10ºC.
