White Wine Man Sauvignon Blanc

White wine from Sudafríca ,from the winery M.A.N. FAMILY WINES , made with the  grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc 87% and Semillon 13%.

The combination of grapes from the warm Paarl region gives notes of tropical character (70%), while the cooler, higher elevation grapes from Stellenbosch, Elgin and Franschhoek provide green, herbal hints. Harvesting takes place over 3 weeks, at varying degrees of ripeness to capture a greater breadth of flavors. A reductive vinification process maintains freshness and fruit characters, while 3 months in contact with the lees and continuous stirring offer additional complexity and integration. The Semillon (13%) comes from Paarl, and increases palate weight and complexity. This wine has been refined and filtered prior to bottling.

The perfect serving temperature for this is 10 ºC.
