White Wine Olagosa Fermented in Barrel

It belongs to the wineries Perica and has a denomination of origin Rioja.

It is made from two grape varieties: Viura (95%) and Malvasía (5%). As for its elaboration process, after cold maceration of the grape skins with the must for approximately 24 hours, it is fermented in new French oak barrels. Once the barrel fermentation is finished, it remains in contact with its lees for three months before bottling.

It has an alcohol content of 13%.

It is recommended to be served at a temperature between 8ºC and 9ºC.
