White Wine -SO₂

The White Wine -SO₂ with D.O Costers del Segre elaborated by the winery Castell d'Encús, Talarn (Lleida) is a bi-varietal wine with grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The grapes are planted between 850 and 1000 meters altitude. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes of 10kg. For its elaboration a part of the must is fermented in stone tanks and the rest in oak barrels.

After vinification SO2 is aged for 10 months in barrels.
