The White Wine Viña Sanzo Sauvignon Blanc, is a single varietal Sauvignon Blanc grape. It is produced by the company Rodríz Sanzo, which groups among its productions to the best known Designations of Origin in the Spanish territory. For the elaboration, a cryomaceration is carried out at 9ºC for 6 hours in press. Selected yeasts are added to strengthen the tropical aromas. Maceration with the lees for one month after the first raking.
