White wine: 100% Viognier, partially aged in oak barrels

It is made from 100% full-bodied white Viognier variety with a very soft texture. On attack it evokes aromas of very fine flowers, such as honeysuckle, rosemary and fresh fruits like pineapple and apricot, evolving immediately to sweet pear, and curiously ending in aromas intrinsic to our climate, such as dried fruits and lightly toasted. It is also spicy and because of its high maturity, it fills the mouth with honey and sweet sensations


Food pairings: White fish, seafood, lobster and shellfish.
