The tasty traditional Sicilian food is synonymous with the current concept of healthy eating.
Ingredients:
Whole durum wheat semolina*.
*=From organic agriculture.
Allergens: does not contain egg or milk.
Instructions:
Use for salads or pasta with any type of sauce. Cook in plenty of boiling water with a little salt and olive oil for 7-8 minutes. To give it a special and different flavor, you can add a bay leaf to the water. Drain, and add a little more olive oil. Serve with chopped fresh herbs (basil, chives, cilantro, parsley, rosemary...), sun-dried tomatoes, sautéed vegetables, or your favorite sauce.
Store in a cool, dry place.
