Small and sweet red Piquillo peppers, which combine perfectly with light-bodied, young and rosé wines.
They have been cooked in the traditional way. Roasted over a direct flame and peeled by hand, they have been prepared dry so as not to dilute the intensity of the piquillo just out of the fire. They have fine flesh and are under the Denomination of Origin: Piquillo de Lodosa.
