Whole wheat Sicilian macaroni, produced with 100 years of experience and passion from the Barbagallo family. This pasta is made from high-quality Sicilian durum wheat and is processed within 24 hours from the wheat grain to the pasta. The milling of the wheat and pasta production is carried out on the same line, a unique process. While in 1900 spaghetti was traditionally dried on wooden shelves in the village, today the drying process is carried out in the pasta factory. Drying is done traditionally at low temperatures between 50 and 65 degrees. This is done in order to preserve the aroma and nutrients.
