In 1936 Thompson Willett founded the Willett distillery. Today, the tradition continues with Willet Pot Still Reserve Bourbon.
Willet Pot Still Reserve is aged in new American white oak barrels charred on the inside for no less than 8-10 years. Each bottle is numbered by hand, indicating the barrel it comes from (Single Barrel).
On the nose it is like a "vanilla lemon cake".
The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spice and citrus.
