ACIDOPHILUS AND BIFIDUS YOGURT FERMENT ON 1 G GENESIS Produces a somewhat viscous yogurt, but not as much as pure bifidus yogurt; with a gently acidic touch, although balanced by the sweetness of bifidobacteria. Recommended for the development of baby flora and people suffering from intestinal irregularity. Very helpful in cystitis, vaginitis, and candidiasis (see corresponding tabs). Characteristics: 25 billion lyophilized live cells in each packet. 100% pure bacteria, no preservatives, sugars, or additives. Can ferment up to 5 liters of milk or soy beverage at once (or divided between five containers of one liter or less). Both curdle perfectly. Ferments other plant-based beverages, although with a liquid consistency. Store in cold. Composition: Symbiotic combination of the following strains (extracted from natural sources, without genetic manipulation): Lactobacillus Acidophilus, L. Delbrueckii sp. Bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidus Complex: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, and Bifidobacterium adolescentis. Storage: Keep the packet cold and use it all at once once opened, to prevent moisture from entering, activate the bacteria, and die due to lack of food, or contamination by pathogenic agents. If you want to save part of the packet, fold it very well, clamp it, and put it in a closed bag in the refrigerator, not taking more than a week to use it all.
