The Zerrán Red Wine, is made from a coupage of Garnacha, Mazuelo and Syrah grapes. Sourced from its old vines (50 years old on average), these are located near the Mediterranean Sea at an altitude of 550m. The soils are calcareous and clayey, with some slatey areas. This wine is elaborated by Bodegas Jorge Ordónez and has a D. O. Montsant. as for the fermentation process, the first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and the malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. 16 months aging in French oak barrels. It is characterized by being a fruity, complex and balanced wine. Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
