"Yields from all the vineyards involved in the winemaking of this wine are below 3,000 kilos/hectare. Alcoholic fermentation in open barrels of 500 liters of one-year-old French oak, using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels."

Clarified and gently filtered without stabilization.
