Vino Tinto Mala Vida
Le Vino Tinto Mala Vida, a été élaboré dans des vignobles âgés de 15 à 30 ans sur un sol calcaire, pauvre en matière organique. Les raisins sont récoltés à la main durant la dernière semaine d'août.
Ce vin est issu de différentes variétés de raisins : Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah et Tempranillo.
Le vin est élaboré et fermenté dans des cuves en acier inoxydable à 28ºC pendant 25 à 30 jours. Once elaborated, it is left to rest for 8 months in French (Taransaud) and American (Victoria and Intona) oak barrels.
It is a wine with a great modernity and freshness.
