Angus Beef is considered one of the best meats in the world. You just have to cook it with a little more delicacy than any other, to enjoy its maximum flavor, which is enhanced on the grill, griddle or pan as its delicate fat melts.
It is recommended to remove the piece from the packaging and leave it at room temperature 1 or 2 hours before cooking, cook it with a few drops of olive oil caramelizing it on both sides and leaving it medium-rare inside.
