On this occasion, we present the ARBEQUINA variety, which is one of the olives that is growing the most in Andalusia, as it is perhaps the best olive for intensive and super-intensive farming, provided it is young, improving production costs. Our Arbequina olive trees are so large and old that the harvesting remains traditional. The age of our olive trees gives us a consistent and flavorful fruit, nothing like other Arbequinas.
In tasting, it is aromatic, sweet, and has a smooth flavor (with little bitterness and spiciness), intense fruity flavor and aroma. Ideal for customers who prefer less intensity.
It is very unstable; therefore, we advise consuming it quickly, no more than a year, as it spoils easily.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is produced in a traditional manner. It is obtained from olives from the Monturque and Montilla regions of the southern Córdoba countryside, cultivated traditionally and through a first cold extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2% at the time of extraction, it has a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which provide significant health benefits.
You can use it in stews and frying, as well as raw in toasts, salads, sauces, etc.
